We portray panzer (tank) crews and panzergrenadiers (armoured mounted infantry) of the1st SS Division Leibstandarte SS Adolf Hitler, 2nd Battallion, 6th Kompanie. We mix regularly with other like-minded re-enactors who portray other German WWII units as well as the many other groups who portray British and US WWII units. We consider this a fellowship of re-enactors as we all have the same interest and motives. You will find links to these other groups on our links page.
About Us
We are a group of ordinary people who have a mutual interest in WWII and in particular the German military aspect of that conflict. We have been brought together by that mutual interest and rather than just read or watch historical media we have decided to go one step further and “live” that history. Through the wearing of uniforms, the ownership and operation of vehicles and through partaking in battles and re-enactments either as part of organised shows or privately, we aim to educate and show the public what it was like to look and live like a German WWII soldier.
